# メンバー

メンバーを招待し、役割を変更し、アクセスを削除します。

管理者は組織設定からメンバーを招待します。

## 誰かを招待

## 組織設定を開く

移動先 **設定 → テナント** そしてメンバー一覧を見つけます。

## 招待

選択 **招待**、1つ以上の仕事用メールアドレスを入力し、役割を選択します: 管理者、メンバー、または閲覧者。参照 [役割と権限](/ja/hajimeni/roles.md).

## 相手が承諾すると

各人にメールが届きます。サインインして承諾すると、アクティブメンバーとして表示されます。

保留中の招待は、期限切れになるか承諾されるまで一覧に残ります。相手がメールを見つけられない場合は、招待を再送できます。

## アクセスを削除または復元

メンバーを削除すると、その組織へのアクセス権が失われます。インシデントに関する過去のアクティビティは記録に残ります。後で削除済みメンバーの一覧から同じ人を再度招待できます。

## チャットのIDをリンク

SlackまたはTeamsでタスクの更新やリマインダーを機能させるには、各メンバーをその製品のユーザーにリンクしておく必要があります。管理者はこれを次から行います **設定 → 統合** ワークスペースが接続された後。
