Open **Settings → User** to manage the account you sign in with. ## Everyday settings * **Language** — English or Japanese * **Password** — at least 8 characters, with uppercase, lowercase, and a number * **Email verification** — required for full access * **Two-factor authentication** — recommended for every Administrator and anyone who can change incidents To change the email address on the account, write to . You cannot change it yourself. ## Task reminders You can ask Incident Lake to remind you about tasks assigned to you, before and after the due date. Choose email, Slack, Microsoft Teams, or browser notifications — whichever your organization has connected. To receive Slack or Teams reminders, connect that personal account on the same settings page (this is separate from the organization-wide Slack or Teams connection). ## Organizations If you are allowed to create another organization, you can do that from your profile.
